We reserve the right to approve or deny any application at our sole discretion. Approval is subject to final verification of all information provided.

4. Loan Terms and Repayment

If your funding application is approved, the specific terms of your funding agreement, including:

• Loan amount and disbursement schedule
• Interest rate, fees, and total cost of capital
• Repayment schedule and payment amounts
• Default provisions and remedies

will be detailed in a separate Funding Agreement. You agree to review and sign the Funding Agreement before funds are disbursed. The Funding Agreement supersedes any general terms related to loan specifics.

We may charge fees in connection with our services, including but not limited to:

• Application fees (if applicable)
• Origination fees
• Late payment fees
• Returned payment fees

All fees will be disclosed in your Funding Agreement before you accept funding. You agree to pay all applicable fees and charges in accordance with the terms of your agreement.

All content on the Rescuemd P website, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and design elements, is the property of Rescuemd P or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

• Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without authorization
• Create derivative works based on our website or services

8. Limitation of Liability
